Choose from the most popular skirt layers to build your own skirt. Each layer comes with 20 strands and is approximately 5" long. Standard skirts contain 40 strands so every two layers will make a standard skirt. Use extra layers for a fuller skirt and use parts of layer for additional highlight colors. Your options are unlimited.
